چکیده
Cosmetic preparations contain a large number of ingredients. Some them may have negative consequences, most often in the form allergic reactions, skin irritations, hormonal disorders, increased risk cancer. These chemicals are added to protect, soften, or otherwise make product more usable. The aim this study was determine presence some potentialy harmful substances by qualitative analysis cosmetic products using GC-MS method and compare results with data stated on declaration. A total 66 samples were analyzed: 10 baby shampoos bath products, 26 for axillary area 30 creams serums. In 4 (40 %) pottentialy ingredients proven (parabens phenoxyethanol), while diethyl phtalate detected all but not any declarations these samples. Parabens 7.7 % application area, although declared phthalate 19 24 serums (80%) buthylhydroxytoluene, cyclopentasiloxane, cyclotetrasyloxan, benzophenone, triethanolamine, phenoxyethanol, diethylphthalate noted. This has misleading declarations. Phthalates products. Better regulation is needed, as well stricter controls impact primary packaging composition after packaging.

A spectrophotometric method for determination of mesna (MA), 6-mercaptopurine (MP), 6-thioguanine (TG), and 6-propyl-2-thiouracil (PTU) has been developed. The method was based on the reaction of thiouracils with N,N-dimethyl-p-phenylenediamine (DMPD) in acidic solution in the presence of the Fe3+ ion, an oxidising agent. Absorbance of the obtained coloured products was measured at the correspo...
